Darling Florida coastal retreat refreshed by Broadway design inside and out.

The original home was originally salmon pink outside, with red and gold walls inside dating the home reminiscent of early 1990's.

Broadway design gave the home a light facelift, painting the outside in Benjamin Moore cashmere white. Garage doors painted in Benjamin Moore Caldwell green, and the shutters in an aqua with green undertones in Benjamin Moore 666 to flow with the lush tropical landscape on property.

The home's interior old red wallpaper was covered with new paper in fresh blue tones to cool down the vibe adding crane toile blue and white paper in the entry, baby blue grass cloth in the kitchen (a vinyl that is wipeable) and a fresh blue and white stripe in the basement bath.

The walls were painted a fresh light aqua to reflect the water in front of home, and the master bath cabinets were painted white to cover the dark orange wood.

There were heavy upper cabinets with a yellowed microwave over stove in kitchen which were removed. Broadway added new floating shelves, a new kitchen sink, and brushed gold cabinet hardware to update the kitchen inexpensively. The large fluorescent lights were removed and can lights and accent wood bead lights were added for coastal flair.

Additional designer lighting was added thru out the home, (the existing chandeliers were refurbished as well)

The laundry room was gutted and rebuilt with marmoleum floors to hold up to the heaviest beach life use.
Done on a slim budget, the home was also furnished, merging the clients' existing antiques with new pieces provided by Broadway Design.

The total budget for renovation and furnishings is under 70,000.00 for a completely new look for the new homeowner.
