Palm Beach Florida Ranch Renovation

This investment home was owned and untouched by the owner for 30 years as primarily a rental. Originally built by the developer as a 'spec house' Broadway Design designed and renovated it into an updated masterpiece.

Broadway added a new barrel tile roof, new hurricane impact window throughout. We removed multiple walls off of the kitchen opening up the floor plan and added skylights in the dark areas that needed extra light.
All millwork and doors, and hardware were replaced. New Swedish finished brushed wide plank flooring was added, and a spectacular living room focal wall with slat wall over a slab marble faced electric fireplace was built to create a statement piece. Crowned with a custom-made stained mantle The living room is now dynamic.

Multiple can lights were added to lighten up the home, and designer closet package in Linen printed laminate finish adds to the design details.

The Kitchen is a showpiece including an oversized island with waterfall quartz edge in a large-scale pattern. There is a quartz ledge behind the induction cooktop for storing olive oils and such.

New white shaker kitchen cabinets, mixed with a walnut colored wood island is a refreshing change.

Basket lights soften the space as the home is only a mile from the beach. The home is modern yet also soft and organic.

The dining nook has a Capiz shell back splash wall with floating shelves, beverage fridge under quartz counters, and a custom built in bench with sunbrella cushion for lounging.

A waterfall light fixture finishes off the space with a bit of glam.

Deep blue accent walls help separate the spaces and add contrast and pop.

The bathrooms were gutted and rebuilt with 4' tall tiles in guest bath running behind the floating vanity on the back wall, and thru out the shower. Brushed gold mirrors and plumbing fixtures give the space a timeless elegance.

The master bath has a free-standing tub, and a floating vanity with custom large mirror with built in sconce lighting. The shower has frameless glass doors and extra-large format tile for easy cleaning and care.
Faux marble tile flooring in a dark charcoal adds contrast and depth to the space.
