SPINNAKER RIDGE CONDO

This 3 bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown Gig Harbor, was taken to the studs and re built for luxury living. The new kitchen cabinets were custom painted in a neutral color to create the illusion of space. New countertops, appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures update the home, yet also blend easily with the homeowners more traditional furnishings. The living room fireplace, mantle, and marble surround was replaced and built for a timeless appeal. The Master bathroom was re designed for modern living, and the guest bath was also given a fresh look. The designer provided furnishings and accessories to compliment the home owners existing pieces.
